HAR Brooch Vintage New York Designer Signed Rhinestone Flower Sunflower Rare

Vintage brooch signed HAR, which is a rarer designer to find! Interesting shape, but I would described it as a flower. Definitely unique! Pre-owned vintage. On one end, there is a small area where the gold tone is worn off, but it appears that it would be hard to see when the brooch is worn (please see last 2 photos).
