The inside and bottom are pristine as it was unused. However, it was not stored properly and there are some scuffs and spots where it was maybe rubbed. These areas are on the sides of the tote and I have taken several shots. This is new, but unfortunately with the scuffs as shown. Beautiful bag otherwise. Priced accordingly.
