HD in Paris (Anthropologie brand) skirt

Adorable A-line skirt with raised white dots. Skirt has pilling, as well as a bunch of dark fuzzies on the inside that even a recent cleaning did not remove. I think this might be because I wore dark textured tights with the skirt. See photos. Price reflects.
