HD in Paris Navy and White, Ruched, V Neck Dress, Size 4 (runs closer to a 2)

HD in Paris navy and white v-neck dress. Size 4. Ruched waist. Blue and white ridged skirt pulls away just below waist. Hits slightly below knees (I'm 5'8"). Lightly worn, no discolorations. Bodice - 68% rayon, 28% nylon, 4% spandex. Skirt- 71% cotton, 27% polyester, 2% spandex. Slight sterchiness on top and bottom. Probably runs slightly small and closer to 2 in mainstream sizing (Banana Republic, Loft; I currently wear a size 4-6 in dresses and this is slightly too cinched at waist).
