HD in Paris Peplum Top

Beautiful peplum top in slightly sheer black cotton blend with ivory dots. Tie cinch neck with tiny brass colored buttons and side zip. I cut the tags out but I believe it’s a size 10. Armpit to armpit is a dolman cut but measures 20”. Waist is 15”. No flaws.
