HEATHER by Bordeaux cowl back bead dress

This is a NWT cowl back sand/beige/taupe colored beaded formal dress. Never been worn before. It’s double lined with a tie back. The waist is stretchy with an elastic band. It is a small petite and on the shorter side (I’m 5’4 for reference). I can’t find any listings of the dress online so it’s one of a kind. The only issue is the there are a few beads missing.
