Was for my son with disabilities for better balance while riding. Only ever used indoors! (Yes, we have a huge basement so it’s become a racetrack of sorts! Tons of fun!) I had just replaced the wheels when we upgraded my son’s bike so the heavy duty wheels currently attached are still in excellent condition.
