HEBEOS Women's Strapless Embellished Empire Waist A-line Navy Blue Chiffon Gown. NWT Brand NEW with tags; never worn, unaltered. Smoke/pet free home. I found one broken bead on the back, a pointed out in photo. Adjustable inside bust strap to insure dress fits snug and stays in place. Hidden center back zip. Vertical boning at sides to keep top of dress from sagging. There is no stretch to this material. I ordered this as a Size 16 but there are no size/material tags, so please see measurements for proper fit/sizing. Measurements, flat lay (approx.): Length (from top of gown/at chest) 53"; Bust 21"; Waist 19. Excellent NEW with tags condition, except I found one broken bead on the back, as pointed out in photo; special ordered for a relatives destination wedding that got cancelled.
