Hi! Do these run true to size or do they run small? I need a pair for a 12 year old who wears a size 3 Big Kids, but I have read that you have to order these a size up. Can you tell me about the size and fit?

@carlalynnpenney hey there! I've seen that same info, that Heelys tend to run small. Since all shoes vary so much, the best way to find out if these will fit is: if you have a pair of shoes that fit the little girl really well, check the tongue/tag and see the Euro size and the CM. These Heelys are a 35 Euro and 22cm, the bottom sole measures 24cm long. As long as her shoes match or are under those, we are good to go :)

@alethealee hello yes I have shipped the item and I don’t understand why it still is saying I haven’t shipped. I’ve only had this happen once before on here. If the next day or so it still says it hasn’t updated I’ll just give you a refund and if the item finds it’s way to you, then that’s okay. I’m sorry for all this.

@alethealee Perfect! I’m checking her sizes and then let her make the decision! Do you happen to have the wheel plugs that go over the wheels? I know some of these Heelys have wheel plugs - I mean it doesn’t matter just curious!

@alethealee I just took a look at her Nike tennis shoes that she wears now and they are 35.5 EUR and 22.5 cm. I don’t think the heelys will be too big for her bc the Nike shoes have plenty of room in them for growth. I’m gonna think about it and talk to her. She really wants these! I’ll be in touch!
