I previously purchased an exact necklace and the pearls broke, I gave it someone to repair and they have had it since May and I am not getting a response from them. It was someone I knew personally so do not want to involve the law but am so hurt and upset that I don't have my necklace to wear for the holidays so I can't afford to pay full price for another one.
