Hello Kitty watch that looks like a blinged - out bracelet. Face of watch is covered by a Rhinestone filled Hello Kitty metal cover. Band is black velvet roses trimmed in gold plated metal. Hinge is used to remove and place on arm. Beautiful and for any age!
