Reposhing this item I purchased from @meljeangravel. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
Size chart says M is : 30 in waist, inseam 30.5. For reference I’m a size 27 waist and always do M in snowboarding pants with a belt so I can move freely.

@keelyt31 I’d say tts. I can fit in a size small snowboarding pants , but I don’t like to wear mine super fitted so I do M in all brands. Hope that helps. I always used a belt on my Snoboard pants too.
