EUC HELMET, FLYERS, WINTER, B-9B, MEDIUM, is Nylon, dry clean only. I'm pretty certain this is Vintage 80s surplus. I showed the original Manufacturer tag from PROPPER INTERNATIONAL, INC. 👉 One small tear in the seam stitching on the inside liner is shown in pics. It seems harmless. I showed the hat inside out so the condition can be seen. The seams on these often show some stretch or wear because they fit so tightly! 👉 I'm size 7 1/4, and this hat fits me well. If you are bigger than that hat size, it might be a problem. These are designed for smaller guys! • This is a very tight-fitting hat that has a double male snap on each side flap. An adjustable connector piece with double female snaps secures to one or both sides. This strap is removable. I showed it, and the fuzzy part that cushions under the chin. Please check the pics for an indication of the tight fit. • A great hat for winter sports, snowmobiling, sledding, hiking, skiing, or flying! it has a high collar cut to allow rapid head movement without interference from jackets or other helmets. The inside flaps are fuzzy and warm.
