HELP!! WHY ARE MY FUNDS ON HOLD?

I sold a bag to a girl and she received it 5 days ago. I tried to contact the girl to have her release payment but she hasn't replied. Also, I checked the order through my "sales" tab and went to "release funds" and it says that my funds are currently on hold. Why? They should have been released after 72 hours. Why are my funds on hold?? Can someone help me?
