HIGH LOW SKIRT SIZE L FESTIVAL WEAR

This cute high-low skirt is perfect for spring and summer. It can be dressed up for the office, or thrown on over a bathing suit at the beach. It is preloved by myself, and in great condition. I bought this skirt in a boutique out in Palm Springs. This would be cute over a bikini, or with a little tank top. Wear to Coachella, Stagecoach, or any festival.
