These vintage heels were worn only two or three times before I suffered a stroke that ended my days of wearing heels. I have a very narrow foot and usually wear 6 or a 6.5, but these fit me comfortably. For comparison purposes, I have a tripple A (AAA) LAST and a quint A (AAAAA) HEEL....VERY NARROW. I love the faux snake skin look, and I'm also putting up a pair of very low flats that are nearly the same size but, for some reason, are way too big. Go figure.
