H.I.P. Magenta tie top

Can't remember where exactly I bought this from, but the brand is H.I.P. (Happening in the present) and there are buttons down the front and a tie at the bottom. The bottom is elastic so it stretches over shorts and skirts. Sleeves are cap sleeves and there's a mock collar.
