This perfect lil skirt from H&M is pleated and two-tone (chocolate brown and teal). The fabric is a cotton poly blend that resists wrinkles but has the look of sateen. So pretty! It’s a size 6 and can be worn high waisted if desired. Always washed in free & clear detergent. Smoke & pet free home. Excellent condition!
