H&M Below the Knee Skirt sz 6

H&M black and white skirt with side buckles. There is a zipper on the back. Meant to be worn higher up on your waist and falls just below the knee. It's a size 6, but I felt as though it was a small 6. See photos with measurements. I only wore this once or twice.
