This is a really fun party dress that is an easy style you can elevate with some fun accessories. I feel it has some influence from the Golden Jazz era and is reminiscent of a flapper dress, but in a more modern, toned down way. It is lined and has a fully beaded neckline, but only on the front. It is marked as a 4, but would currently be marked as a 2 and really is more like a 2 (see measurements taken from actual dress). It is new without tags. 100% polyester, including lining. Hand wash.
