H&M Black Taffeta Dress Ruched Puff Sleeve Size 4

Little black dress from H&M. Cute! Mini length. Elastic around the top of the sleeves and the bottom of the sleeves so it can be worn off the shoulders. Fabric feels like taffeta. Neck is a little more squared. Hidden back zipper. Seams down the dress with ruching in between. No stretch. Size 4 but please see measurements for best fit. Excellent preowned condition. Pit to pit: 15” Waist: 14.5” across Length is difficult to measure because of the nature of the sleeves so I am measuring from the top of the neckline to the hem: Approx 26”
