H&M Black and White Dress

Super cute and flattering dress! Black with white designs. Cinched elastic around back of neck, v shape neckline with strings to tie if wanted. Cute ruffle detail along middle of torso. 1 small defect along bottom hem (noted in picture). Hem has come undone in a 2 inch spot. Not too noticeable when worn. Could be fixed with some simple stitches.
