H&M Blouse

Black blouse by H&M. Tag size says 14 but is more like a 10/12. Has lots of room. Waist is 12 and elastic and meant to stretch. It stretches to about 14-15 inches comfortably. Material is soft and flowy, wrists have elastic ruffles. This is an excellent work or dress blouse. Very classy and stylish. S to S is 16, p to p is 20 and length is 26’
