H&M Blue Velvet Dress

Blue velvet dress from H&M, it is a beautiful deep midnight blue color and has a texture to the velvet that makes it look almost like a crushed velvet. Mini dress, elastic waist, has slightly puffed shoulders but not too dramatic (I usually don't like this but it looks good on this dress). Has a line of velvet buttons at the bottom on the sleeve (decorative). This dress is so beauitful and looks expensive, will get many compliments. In EUC, size 2
