Boho Off the shoulder smocked bell sleeve floral dress. Beautiful cream dress with floral pattern. Bell sleeves. Ruffle at shoulders. Off the shoulder. Stretchy smocked top and upper arms, that helps dress stay in place. Sheer overlay with lining underneath. Women’s size small. Did not have a brand name (it might be from H&M). Excellent condition. Super cute for dressing up or dressing down. Could be worn with heels to a wedding or with booties to a concert. See last photo for true colors of dress.
