H&M Burgundy ankle heel boots

These ankle heeled boots are super cute! Only worn once! From H&M. They are a size 39 European or 9 US however, I am a size 7-7.5 and they fit perfectly. No zipper just has a stretchy black material on the side. The heel is 3 inches almost 4 inches. I tried to post as many pics to show the condition of them, but if you have any questions, let me know! I did notice there was a small scratch on one of the boots as I took pics, its on the last image but barely noticeable!
