H&M Chiffon Polka Dot Layered Skirt

Beautiful pink skirt with a top layer of chiffon that on one half has larger polka dots and the other has miniature polka dots. The waist is beautifully gathered with an elastic waistband that’s embellished with gold fluster and a beautiful glittering bow in front. There a polyester skirt lining under the chiffon top layer. Brand new with tags for 8-10 years of age. It measures 17” in length and the waist is 11-16” depending on how much it’s stretched out. The underlayer js about 3” shorter.
