H&M Confetti Party Skirt as seen on Luna Lovegood in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009). Luna's has blue, yellow, pink and green confetti with unicorns. This one has red, orange, pink and purple confetti with bows. Same style and brand, alternate color/print. I think Luna's was shortened somewhat. Skirt is pre-owned, so check photos for condition.
