New with Tags but it has small stains: 1 is located close to the waistband, 2nd is on the left bottom side and 3rd is in the back center hem(this one is smaller,less noticeable) Unsure if it will completely wash off. Still such a cute skirt, length is almost 15.5 inches long Cream, ivory color
