The straps/top is a sheer mesh with a sweetheart neckline. You can wear a regular strapless bra with this dress. The bottom of the dress has that same sheer mesh as an overlay and creates a nice flowy movement when you move. Worn once, no exposure to smoke and was hand washed after, still in like new condition. 100% Polyester
