H&M Divided blue flower blouse

I don’t know if it’s a blouse. Didn’t fit me right but still a nice piece of clothing. The length is adjustable. The sleeves are mid length and have a bit of a flare. Never worn out. I think it’s a small which might be a 4 but whatever.
