H&M Divided jacket grey size 4 plaid

Plaid pattern Grey jacket from H&M Divided, the more casual line from H&M I removed the tags and never wore this. The weather has been so unpredictable in New York and that seems to be the description for most of my closet. This jacket has tons of pockets!
