Black midi halter top dress. Is a v-neck. Has a stretchy band on the back and a zipper on the side. Has pockets. In excellent condition and only worn once. Does not stretch and runs small. Size: 6 ( more like a 2) Pit to pit: around 15 inches Bellow chest area: around 14 inches
