what does this measure across the waist? Is it in same/similar condition as the original listing? Any additional wear, stains, flaws?

@rittj It’s 18” at the waist, so 36” around with no stretch, and a little past 17” in length including the fringe. I purchased this planning to have it taken in but never did. So it’s in the same condition I bought it in. If you would like current pics, let me know and I will gladly post them later tonight.
