H&M Fit Flare High Neck Pelican Dress Size 8 ( More like size 4)

Adorable fit and flare high neck skater dress from H&M. The label is size 8 but it definitely fits closer to size 4. There is a bit of intentional asymmetry in the hem making it slightly shorter on both sides (than the front and back). Dress is lined and has zipper up the back. Excellent used condition, just too long in shoulder area (I’m petite sized in the shoulders).
