H&M Floral Draped Blouse summer

New without tags, been washed but never used. Runs small, It is M but is like an S size. Size: Sleeve: Length: 30.0 cm (Size M), Back: Length: 27.5 cm (Size M) Short blouse in woven fabric with a printed pattern. V-neck and drawstring at front with narrow, vertical ties at front for a draped, gathered effect. Square neckline at back with smocking and short puff sleeves with narrow, covered elastic at cuffs.
