H&M Floral Maxi dress with ruffled neck line

I’ve never worn this dress, I bought it but it ended up being too tight since I didn’t try it on. The straps are adjustable, and the neckline is ruffled up a bit, it doesn’t fit too maxi but it’s below the knee
