Super cute H&M brand button down shirt waist -style dress, with short sleeves, shirt collar, and pockets! Comes with fabric belt, not the black belt pictured in the first photograph. A vibrant purple color with blue and white flowers print. Not vintage but from a sort of boho, indie collection in the early 2000's, great condition, gently worn. Marked size 8, it measures 17.5" armpit to armpit laying flat, 16.5" across the waist, 36" long falling just above the knee, so maybe a modern day S/M?
