H&M Formal Blue Gown

H&M formal floor-length formal blue gown with a wrap top, flowing short sleeves, and a tie waist. the waist tie is long enough to tie at the front or the back. I bought this dress new in 2018, wore it once (got a lot of compliments!) and have had it in my closet since. It’s gorgeous and perfect for a formal dinner, prom, a wedding guest, a graduation, etc. for reference, I’m 5’7 and it comes just above the floor without shoes on me. I think I wore heels with it and it still looked fine!
