H&M Formal Dress Black Skirt - US 4

Brand: H&M Size: US 4 Color: Black Type: Formal Skirt Condition: Great condition. Only flaw is missing a button at the top of the zippered area. (Shown in last photo) Skirt still zips up fine, the button is for extra security if needed. You could definitely sew on a new button if wanted. Measurements: Waist: 12.5” Length: 20.5” Note: The buckle at the waistline is part of the skirt. Like a “faux” buckle. Also that the size on the tag is a “US 4” Any questions, please let me know!
