sundub This skirt is gorgeous! Is it high waisted? I now fit a size 6 since H&M lowered their sizes, does it fit tightly to be a size four?

ijeibe @sundub Hi, I'm not sure if this helps but the waist is 26 inches and the hips are about 33 inches. The skirt is not really that stretchy. Let me know if you have any more questions.
