This oriental like floral pattern on black is a perfect blouse or dress with leggings. Who says you can't be cute and comfortable?! There is an elastic sleeve band at the end if sheere sleeves, three buttons in a row closure in the back to a large key hole cut. The dress has layers and is very flowy.
