@alixsaige I just measured the skirts waist flat as 25 inches. I also measured my own waist as 29 inches. The skirt fits me comfortable so it does have some stretch.

Thx I'm just not sure on the fit all the skirt sizes are dif for H&M , forever21 I'm always a medium in skirts with 27-28 inch waist
