H&M Mint Green Polka Dot Dress

Reselling this beautiful dress I purchased off Poshmark but it’s too big for me in the chest area. The dress doesn’t have a tag and the seller estimated size as M, but o think it’s fits like a 10. I wear a solid 8, and this was big in the chest area (wil work if you’d re a size C or even bigger I think) Waist is adjustable. Self-tie waist.
