Beautiful organza short strapless dress, the top has a really nice cut the dress has layers of organza ( soft organza) flowers and a blue belt that you can tie in a bow in the back or not use it at all . It has no tag but it was never worn , brand new needs a little of steam iron ( if u buy it i will steam iron before packing it) It is such a cute and different dress. the color is almost like a deep blue like denim blue
