NWT H&M black velvet dress with super cute rose details. The front is a low V, cinched waist, and has a tie wrap. Skirt is flowly like a skater skirt. Bell sleeves around the wrist but aren't so big. Size 4 which I think is equivalent to a small. make an offer!
