New without tags. Intended to wear this but a bit too heavy for me! Nylon shell. (Shiny-ish, feels water resistant) Cinched waist and sleeves to keep the cold out. Quilted interior lining. Fur neck lining for extra warmth. 100% Polyester shell and lining. Measurements: Shoulder to hem - 38" Pit to pit - 24" Waist - 23.5" (adjustable cinch) Arm length - 24-25" I tried to be as detailed as possible! Please ask if you have any more questions.
