H&M Off the Shoulder Yellow Floral Dress

Short, off the shoulder dress in a crêpe weave. Features smocking at the top and 3/4 length balloon sleeves with narrow elastic at the top and cuffs. Seam at the waist with a flared skirt. Unlined. (Note -- my daughter wore this up on her shoulders, and it worked just fine, too!) All items from a smoke-free, pet-free home! (Please ignore my ugly mannequin in the pictures...it's old! lol)
