This item is new with tags. H&M petal skirt in a silky polyester fabric. This is slightly hi-lo with the front measuring approximately 18.5” from top to bottom, and the back measuring approximately 21.5”. Zips from the side. Both the shell and the lining are 100% polyester. In a navy blue/white/light blue/light pink pattern.
