H&M Polka Dot Blouse

Beautiful feminine button down blouse, breast pockets, shoulder ruching, back reverse pleat. Silky texture, subtle polka dot pattern. There is a very small hole near the outer corner of the left pocket, hard to notice and can probably be fixed by a crafty person.
